The drumming is loud, stunningly fast, and almost manic but never to a fault - there are good chops here. I like the songwriting and the fuzzy distortion on the guitars on "Welcoming the Letdown", which is ironically titled after a full listen; these guys know how to let a song breathe and stretch its wings, how to end a song, and why every song shouldn't just be rife with breakdowns.
